Vintage 90s Joseph Ribkoff high waist flowy black & white midi skirt with an asymmetric hem, and lithograph print. Sold as is with a few condition notes, see details below.

Fabric: Polyester - a sheer layer over a slip layer, union made in Canada
Brand: Joseph Ribkoff, made in USA
Condition: Good, with some faint brown spots throughout (most notably a 1.5" one on the lower left - see photo), a 2.5" seam gap through the outer sheer layer at the middle right side (repairable by hand), a 1.5" hand repaired seam gap on the opposite side, a 1.5" seam gap a the front right of the waist, and a few thin runs around the bottom tier of the skirt.

Waist: stretches 27" to 30" comfortably
Hips: 36" to 40"- taken at the bottom of the zipper opening
